Kenneth Jackson, NCARB
I’m a professional architect with 28 years of experience. Let’s work together!
I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable designs that meet the needs and desires of clients while positively contributing to the built environment. I hold a Master of Architecture (M. Arch) degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, specializing in adaptive reuse and sustainable design. I am dedicated to creating better environments for people.
My portfolio includes several designs that demonstrate my ability to balance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. I work across various practice types, including multi-family, hospitality, commercial/retail, and interior design. I have approximately 30 years of experience in complex adaptive reuse projects across these practice types.
Budget and schedule are integral considerations in a project. Balancing client wishes with affordability is a crucial component of the process, and I collaborate with the owner and construction administrator to ensure the creation of a project that we are all proud of.
In contrast to the average professional, I am exceptionally collaborative. My artistic and investigative traits contribute to a unique problem-solving profile. My drive for achievement is rooted in a profound desire for tranquility. I tend to favor intuitive possibilities over relying solely on concrete, historical data. I am a natural mentor who values potential over perfection. My decision-making style is structured yet remains deeply people-centric.
